At Gold and Silver Creations, we pride ourselves on the vast knowledge of our sales team and their attention to personal details. Because of this, we want to talk to you! We ask that you call in your orders, rather than purchasing online, to make sure your jewelry purchasing experience is enjoyable.

    Talking to one of the experienced staff will help you choose the perfect piece for your needs.

    Once you have decided on a piece, we can take your credit card information over the phone and ship the item directly to you. If you need it in a hurry, overnight shipping is available.

    Due to the high sales volume of our store, your desired piece may not be in stock. In these cases, the piece can be ordered and delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. Or, if you need the piece more quickly, our staff can help you find a suitable replacement.

    Also, because many of our pieces are original, we need you to call our store during business hours to check their availability. This way, if the one of a kind piece has been sold, we may send you alternative options.
